Returns Policy

What’s your return policy?

We don’t offer returns or exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us! 

Once an order has been completed, it cannot be canceled or refunded. Mugs, bags, stationary, hats, and any similar items are non-returnable/non-exchangeable. All shipping fees and international duty/tax are non-refundable. 

To provide the best customer service, any concerns regarding orders must be received in writing within 5 days of receiving the order. Our policy lasts 5 days. If the situation is approved for a return, returned items must be postmarked within 5 days of the customer receiving the order. Items must be unworn and unwashed. Unfortunately, items that do not meet these criteria are non-returnable and will be denied. We recommend using registered mail as we cannot be held liable for any lost items in the post.

(Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.)

Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive damaged items. If this applies, please contact us at with photos of damaged items and we’ll sort this out for you. Refunds are issued in the form of a STORE CREDIT (with no expiration date).

At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section.
